The State Savings Bank RT “Amonatbonk” takes an immediate part in serving pensioners of the Ministry of Labor and social protection of population of the Republic of Tajikistan and pensioners retired from law enforcement organizations.
The number of the pensioners listed with the social protection bodies and getting pension in the bank as of January 1 of the current year is 498852. Their monthly demand is 23, 1 million somoni per year.
In comparison with 2006 the number of pensioners increased up to 1757 and their monthly demand increased up to 1, 4 million somoni which comes to 6, 4 million.
During the period under report by State Agency of social insurance and pension of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan to the settlement accounts of the branches of the bank were transferred and paid out pension in the sum of 285, 1 million somoni.
14419 pensioners retired from law enforcement organizations are served by “Amonatbonk” as well. During the period under report the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finances of republic of Tajikistan transferred 27, 6 million somoni to pay out the pension to this category of pensioners.
It is necessary to point out that the Board of ”Amonatbonk” leads colossal work to strengthen the financial control, to regulate the pension payment, to ensure its timely payment, to remove the existing shortcomings and problems as well as to improve the mechanism of pension payment according to the roll-call list.
For strengthening the financial control and transparency in provision of pension payment for the period under report the Board of “Amonatbonk” in jointly with the Ministry of Labor and ocial Protection of the population of Republic of Tajikistan worked out and implemented at he local level the Instruction “about the procedure of identifying the demands, financing, pension payment, additional payment of allowances to the pensioners by the authorized organs”.
