On the basis of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 30, 2005 under the № 499, “About the measures of execution of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “About the State budget of the Republic of Tajikistan” and Resolution of Madjlisi Namoyandagon Madjlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, « About adopting of statute of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “About the State budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2006”, and its consummation”, the payment for public utilities, use of the electric power and gas are made only through branches of the banks of the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to the above mentioned order “Amonatbonk” signed general contracts with Open Holding Joint Stock Company ”BARKI TOJIK ", State-Owned Tajik Gas Company “Tojikgaz” , State Unitary Enterprise “Dushanbevodokanal”, Dushanbe Enterprise of Thermal Networks, State Motor Licensing and Inspection Department of Ministry of the Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the main Engineering Supervision Company “Glavtekhnadzorpr”, Dushanbe Municipal Committee of Nature and Environment Protection and with other departments and organizations.
Currently payments for all public utilities are accepted in all the branches of the bank in cash and non cash form. Control- cash registers with fiscal memory are used for receiving the payment for the public utilities, rent, use of gas, electric power, water, various gathering and taxes.
SSB RT “Amonatbonk” guarantees safety and duly transfers of these payments to the corresponding organizations in favor of which the payments are accepted.
