Crediting

  1. Who has the right to get credit from the bank?
  1. Natural persons and legal entities – residents of Republic of Tajikistan.
  1. What documents are required for getting credit?

For legal entities

- Application of the legal entity for getting credit, indicating its sum, terms and the purpose;
- Copies of the documents which prove the organization to be a legal entity;
- Copies of the documents registered by the statistics organs;
- Sample copy of signatures of the leaders of the organization;
- Document from tax officials about absence of indebtedness before the budget;
- Copy of Taxpayer’s Identification Number;
- Report on financial activities of organization, on its incomes and losses that is approved by tax committee;
- Forecast of the entrance of the monetary funds;
- Business-plan of the client, in the free form which defines the ways of repayment of he credit and credit interests;
- Copies of the passports of the official leaders of organization (director and chief accountant);
- Description of suggested mortgaging or other kind of security on the requested credit;
- Certificate from MBTI (Municipal Bureau of Technical Inventory) about the right of property;
- Questioner (for director and chief accountant);
-1 photo of the director of 3x4 or 4x5 size;
- Document from the place of permanent residence including the information about the family members (director and chief accountant);
- When and if necessary bank can require for additional information or documents.

For natural persons

  1. Application for getting credit, indicating its sum, terms and the purpose;
  2. Patent for carrying out any commercial activity;

-      Document from tax officials about absence of indebtedness before the budget;
-      Copy of Taxpayer’s Identification Number;
-     Business-plan of the client, in the free form which defines the ways of repayment of he credit and credit
interests;

  1. Copy of the passport of the person who applies for getting credit;

-    Description of suggested mortgaging or other kind of security on the requested credit;
-   Certificate from MBTI (Municipal Bureau of Technical Inventory) about the right of property;
-   1 photo of 3x4 or 4x5 size;
-   Document from the place of permanent residence including the information about the
family members;

  1. Is the contract between the bank and depositor signed during opening savings account?
