State flag - the symbol of an independent state

In honor of the National Flag Day of the Republic of Tajikistan a solemn cultural event was held at the Central office of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk".
Opening the event, Chairman of the Board of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk" Ikromi S.S. congratulated all the employees of the Bank and in their person the glorious people of the country on the important and historically important date - the State Flag Day.
It was noted that the flag of the independent state of Tajikistan - a symbol of happiness, prosperity and pride of the Tajik people and state, embodies the creative goals of the Tajik people in the highest tribunes, regional and international palaces, which is a matter of national pride.
Jonibek Asrorian, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor of the Department of Ancient World History, Middle Ages and Archaeology of the Tajik National University, made a presentation and speech about the essence of the State Flag.
It was noted that the State Flag as the first symbol of the independent Tajik state was adopted and approved on November 24, 1992, at the 16 th fateful session of the Supreme Soviet of the country, which decided the fate of the new Tajik statehood and made the first steps in ensuring peace, tranquility, political stability and national unity, in other words, to achieve the highest national goals.
The flag depicts the colors red, white and green, the struggle and aspiration of the Tajik people to freedom and independence, self-knowledge and patriotism, as well as the choice of peaceful way to a decent and stable life.
At the end of the event, members of the Youth Council of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk" recited poems and quotes about the State Flag and congratulated everyone on this historic date.
